Shipping policy

AL Nafees Gifts delivers across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates from our warehouses in Ajman. This policy explains our delivery options, timelines and coverage.

Coverage Area

We deliver to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Delivery to remote areas may require additional lead time.

Delivery Options

  • Standard delivery: our regular delivery service across the UAE, typically used for stock and bulk orders.
  • Express delivery: a faster, priority delivery option available for an additional fee where urgent turnaround is required, subject to product and quantity availability.

Lead Times

  • Unbranded / stock items: dispatched shortly after order confirmation and payment, subject to stock availability.
  • Custom-branded & printed items: production begins once artwork is approved. Branded items are typically ready for delivery within 3–7 business days after artwork approval, depending on the product, printing method and quantity. Larger or specialty orders (such as LED/neon signage) may require additional time, which will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

Shipping Fees

Standard delivery is free of charge on orders above AED 200. Orders below this threshold may incur a standard delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout. Express delivery fees apply as quoted separately.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share delivery/tracking details where available. For urgent or bulk shipments, our team will keep you updated directly by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

Delays Beyond Our Control

AL Nafees Gifts is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, customs, courier disruptions or force majeure events.
