These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AL Nafees Gifts website and your purchase of products and services from us, including corporate gifts, promotional products, custom printing and LED/neon signage. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pricing & Currency

All prices on our website and quotations are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Our Tax Registration Number (TRN) is as published on our website and invoices.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received or a signed quotation/purchase order is accepted. We accept secure online payment through N-Genius, as well as bank transfer and other methods agreed at the time of quotation. Full or partial advance payment may be required for custom-branded or bulk orders before production begins.

Custom Branding & Artwork Approval

For all custom-printed, engraved or branded products, we will provide a digital proof (mock-up) for your approval before production. Production begins only after you approve the artwork in writing (email or order confirmation). Once artwork is approved:

AL Nafees Gifts is not liable for errors that were present in the approved artwork.
Minor variations in colour, size or material finish may occur due to the nature of printing, embroidery and engraving processes, and are not considered defects.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has started.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Certain promotional products, printing methods and signage items are subject to a Minimum Order Quantity, which will be confirmed with your quotation. Orders below the MOQ may be declined or subject to additional charges.

Delivery

Delivery timelines and coverage are described in our Delivery Policy. We deliver across the United Arab Emirates from our Ajman warehouses. Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Standard stock orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to any payment processing fees already incurred. Custom-branded, personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once artwork has been approved and production has commenced.

Intellectual Property

All logos, artwork and trademarks uploaded by customers remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting artwork for branding, you confirm that you own or have the right to use it, and you agree to indemnify AL Nafees Gifts against any claims arising from unauthorised use of third-party intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, AL Nafees Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services, beyond the value of the order in question.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
